PERSPECTIVES OF UNIVERSITY PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT: CULTURILOGICAL ASPECT

Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of characterological typology of organizational culture in
correlation with the main direction of pedagogical university activities, actual tasks of university
education at all. A special attention is paid on the perspectives of transformation processes and
now it actively takes place in pedagogical education.
