INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION EXPERIENCE IN THE ACTIVITIES OF A LANGUAGE TEACHER
Abstract
The use of information and communication technologies in education is a relatively researched phenomenon, even though it was not the center of attention of researchers until the beginning of the 21st century. Teachers and researchers study the problems of using information and communication technologies in the context of finding new ways to integrate such technologies into educational activities. However, despite the research of information and communication technologies, more and more new questions arise related to the constant development of the industry. The purpose of the submitted intelligence is to highlight the experience of developing and testing applications as the main activity during the educational practice “Information and Communication Technologies at School” among student teachers. This makes it possible to identify types of information and communication tasks. Methods. Achieving this goal involves using such theoretical methods of research as analysis, systematization and generalization of the sources used in the intelligence, synthesis and interpretation of the information obtained. In intelligence, interactive tasks are classified into three types: explanatory, training exercises and tasks to test acquired competencies. The experience of conducting educational practice “Information and Communication Technologies at School” proves the indisputable need for such activities, which will familiarize students-teachers with the technical aspects of teaching and lesson planning. Gathering feedback demonstrates a genuine interest in such areas of work. Students share their experience of discovering various new approaches to the development of tasks, applications that improve the work with the material, etc. A teacher who has passed this practice will feel more confident not only when working with information and communication technologies in classes at a secondary education institution, but also during the formation of his own special course, teaching in remote and mixed formats.
